If you pay by check - your order will ship 7 business days after receipt of payment. If you pay by money order, your order will ship 1 business day after receipt of payment. Make Checks or Money Orders payable to CHRISTY L. CATTERTON.

Also note - if you pay by PayPal, but choose the e-check option, PayPal does not release the funds for 7-10 days. Since I use the shipping feature on PayPal, if you choose the e-check option, I will not be able to ship your order until PayPal clears your e-check. So if you want your order fast, then pay with PayPal balance, or credit card.
AABG - Avian Advantage Buyers Group
Sassicat Aviary offers AABG members a 10% discount on all of our online products. You must first sign up with Avian Advantage Buyers Group to get your AABG#. Then to receive your discount on our store, you must register and choose AABG Member where it says Sign up for Membership. Enter your AABG # in the box that says "AABG Member Number" on the registration page. You must register BEFORE you place items in the cart, and you must be approved by the shop administrator. If this number is not included, in the registration, your membership will not be approved and the discount will not be calculated in your cart. The AABG discount will be in addition to any of our periodic specials.
Returns
No returns are accepted after 15 days
Clearance Items are not refundable.
Shipping or Insurance charges are not refundable
Non-Clearance Toys - if you have not used them - please email us first with the item number and reason for return, ship the item back to us. Food - As long as the package is un-opened it may be returned for a refund of the original purchase price within 15 days of purchase.
Glass - if the item was broken in shipping, and you paid for insurance, call the post office to report the breakage. If you did not pay for insurance, we are unable to help you.
If you paid by paypal - we will refund you the cost of the toy as soon as we receive it by paypal refund. If paid by check or money order send a self addressed stamped envelope along with the toy being returned and we will send out your refund the next business day.
Carrier Covers are not refundable. These covers are custom made upon ordering, therefore they can not be returned for a refund.
We Guarantee that any chicks we sell are free of disease and in a healthy state. They have been raised in a clean and healthy environment, given lots of love and attention and fed a varied healthful diet. You can read here the terms of our Purchase Contract and our Health Guarantee.
